What’s The Job?

Title: Industrial Cleaning Technician

Location: Eddyville, Iowa

Salary: up to $22.99/hr (DOE)

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are some daily responsibilities:

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas per schedules and procedures, including washing, shoveling, vacuuming, and sweeping.
• Assist in formulating sanitation standards and provide feedback on service discrepancies.
• Operate equipment such as skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools.
• Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain adherence to work schedules and be available for overtime.
• Work from elevated areas using fall protection when required.
• Maintain communication regarding work issues and employee concerns.
• Work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company or customer.
• Perform daily cleaning of process screens with caustic cleaners.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational policies.
• Meet performance expectations and participate in employee development.
• Contribute to planning and development efforts.
• Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various environments, and operating equipment safely.

What Makes Me Qualified?

If you have at least 2 years of industrial cleaning experience, are comfortable working with lifts, and have a valid driver’s license, you are encouraged to apply. Even if you don’t meet all requirements, we will review your resume for other roles.

Physical Demands

Must be able to observe details at close range, operate machinery and tools, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.

Work Environment
