What your future day will look like

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support in Microsoft 365; troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Maintain Windows Server and SQL Server systems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies
• Support WooCommerce and Shopify; implement features and optimize performance
• Handle product data and plugin configurations
• Develop and maintain SQL reports and data pipelines
• Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and integrations
• Document technical processes and configurations
• Support General Dynamics WMS ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
