CMM inspection programs

using

PC-DMIS

(offline programming expertise required). Read and interpret engineering drawings using

GD&T principles

. Create and validate

CAD-based inspection programs

from both models and prints. Program and operate

5-axis Renishaw REVO/PH20 systems

or similar metrology tools (e.g., MODUS, Metro Logic 5X). Develop and maintain

inspection processes

,

work instructions

, and

validation protocols (GR&R)

. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support

jet engine component

production. Travel up to

20%

may be required. ***** Strong experience programming CMMs with

PC-DMIS

(scanning, complex geometry, offline). Hands-on knowledge of

Renishaw REVO, PH20

, or equivalent 5-axis metrology systems. Advanced understanding of

GD&T

and its application in aerospace inspection. Familiarity with

CAD-based metrology

tools and workflows. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills. ***** Programming/scripting experience in

C++, C#, or Python

. Background in structured problem solving and

continuous improvement

. Self-starter with strong analytical thinking.
