Southside Toyota, at Woolloongabba, have an opportunity for a Sales Receptionist to join the well-established team. This entry-level role also incorporates some general accounts work. With an employee-centric leader, the opportunities are endless. This is not your everyday Receptionist role; this highly-important position is focused on ensuring our valued customers are receiving great, prompt communication over the phone and in person in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience alongside your team, with the unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”.

What’s needed

• Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple customer enquiries at a time
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Ability to support and work with other team members and departments including support for Sales & Administration
• Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner
• High level of professionalism and personal presentation
• Ability to consistently follow sales process and procedures
• Initiative to help on the front line if the need arises
• Exceptional communication skills
• High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office
• Full working rights
• General accounts experience would be a distinct advantage

About this role

• Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
• Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet deadlines
• Be agile and flexible to change, things move quickly here
• Answer inbound calls promptly
• Make appointments via phone and email
• Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
• Other administrative duties as required by the Sales Manager/Financial Controller
