Civil Litigation Paralegal
looking for a
part-time onsite position ? Our client, a busy San Diego law firm, is seeking a talented paralegal to assist with
civil litigation ,
business ,
real estate , and
corporate law
matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with case management, document preparation, and trial materials. Assist with discovery processes, including drafting subpoenas and summarizing records. Handle legal research, organize case files, and manage
e-filing
in state and federal courts. Coordinate
calendaring
to track deadlines, court dates, and case milestones.
Requirements:
3+ years
of paralegal experience in
civil litigation
(experience in
business, real estate, or corporate law
preferred). Strong knowledge of
trial preparation ,
e-filing ,
calendaring , and discovery procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools. Paralegal certification
(ABA-approved or equivalent preferred). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paralegal seeking to work
