Head of Talent Acquisition

to design and execute our hiring strategy across the United States. This is a rare opportunity to

ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) wealth management,

while partnering directly with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do Lead the

end-to-end recruitment strategy

for top-tier roles, including

Wealth Advisors, Business Development Associates, Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers , and other key financial talent. Partner with executives and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver

innovative sourcing strategies

across the U.S. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through

networking, referrals, and market mapping

within UHNW wealth management and private markets. Develop and champion an

employer brand

that resonates with elite financial professionals and sets us apart in the competitive talent market. Manage, mentor, and scale the recruitment function to support growth across multiple geographies and business lines. Leverage data and analytics to optimize the recruiting process, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure

world-class candidate experiences .

What We’re Looking For Proven track record in

talent acquisition leadership

within financial services — private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or wealth management strongly preferred. Experience hiring nationally, with deep expertise in recruiting

client-facing advisors and investment professionals

in the UHNW segment. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. Innovative sourcing capabilities and strong knowledge of financial talent markets. Passion for building high-performing, mission-driven teams that fuel business growth.

Location:

San Diego, CA (Hybrid). Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to $200k (DOE) and a performance bonus.
