Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control of products.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including properly labeling and storing pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.
  • Fulfill orders by picking and packing items according to specifications and preparing them for shipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in handling pharmaceuticals and warehouse operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems and order processing.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Commitment to safety and quality in all warehouse operations.
