Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control of products. Organize and maintain inventory, including properly labeling and storing pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. Fulfill orders by picking and packing items according to specifications and preparing them for shipment. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overages. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in handling pharmaceuticals and warehouse operations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods. Basic computer skills for inventory management systems and order processing. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Commitment to safety and quality in all warehouse operations.
