Patient Access Manager

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Access Manager:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the registration process, including pre-service and financial clearance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient access operations and meet organizational goals.
• Oversee staffing activities such as hiring, training, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient access processes and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and assist in policy development aligned with hospital standards. Required Skills for Patient Access Manager:
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between admitting, clinical, and financial areas.
