9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay Range:

Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy & Operations
Role Overview: Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP and other senior executives within the Entertainment Television Strategy & Operations team. This position acts as an extension of the EVP, requiring professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Manage extensive and complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics Process expense reports and coordinate business travel Provide office management support, including supply orders and facilities coordination Onboard new employees (physical/IT access, equipment, orientation) Support onsite and offsite event coordination Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Serve as liaison between EVP and internal/external partners Build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization Conduct research and prepare materials for presentations and decision-making Partner with team members to ensure project alignment and progress
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role, ideally supporting senior executives or C-suite Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Concur, Teams, and AI tools Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage heavy scheduling and multiple priorities Professional, proactive, and a collaborative team player Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
