Assistant, Client Solutions
to support our growing client solutions team. This role will provide administrative and operational support to Client Solutions Managers, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project coordination, and timely resolution of client needs. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Mandarin and English, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced logistics and e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Assist Client Solutions Managers with day-to-day client communications and follow-ups. Support in resolving client inquiries by coordinating with operations, customs, sales, and technology teams. Help prepare status updates, performance reports, and presentations for clients. Maintain accurate client records and track project progress in CRM and internal systems. Assist with onboarding new clients by preparing materials and guiding them through processes and tools. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and monitoring deadlines. Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships through timely and professional support. Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset. Some knowledge or prior internship/experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with logistics platforms or CRM systems preferred. Bachelor’s degree or current coursework in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
