As the Parts & Warranty Customer Service Representative for DuraMag (Aebi Schmidt Group Brands) based in
, you will be essential in delivering exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, processing warranty claims, and coordinating with internal departments. You will also provide administrative assistance to the Quality Control team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a timely, professional manner Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation and inventory tracking Collaborate with Quality Control and Sales teams to resolve issues and share insights Conduct walk-in estimates and provide quotes for parts and services Monitor shipments and provide ETA updates to customers Maintain organized records of customer interactions and warranty data Support the Customer Service Manager in identifying trends and opportunities Educate team members and customers on warranty standards and expectations High School Diploma or GED required ~1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in automotive parts ~ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, data entry and QuickBooks, preferred ~ Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
