Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. •
No nights or weekends

What You’ll Do
Handle a wide range of projects: drywall, tile, framing, siding, minor electrical and plumbing, roofing repairs, cabinet installs, and more
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and solve problems on the spot
Keep common areas in top shape—paint, pressure-wash, adjust doors, maintain locks, and repair anything that needs attention
Respond quickly to tenant requests and keep coworkers updated on project status
Maintain safety standards and support the team during seasonal tasks like snow and ice removal
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Hands-on experience in remodeling, handyman work, apartment maintenance, or construction
Own basic remodeling/construction tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently and prioritize effectively
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders, and working indoors/outdoors in all weather
