$28 – $32 per hour Role Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through the supply chain, including procurement, storage, transportation, and delivery. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee inventory management, shipping and receiving, and cross-functional communication to support overall operational goals. This is a varied and dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, offering opportunities to grow and take on expanded responsibilities as the business develops. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between sales, clients, and operations teams
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including domestic and international shipments
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors
Manage inventory control processes: receiving, storage, distribution, and reporting
Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and meet demand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse systems and workflows
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Inspect inbound and outbound deliveries; verify documentation and proper load placarding
Maintain and update shipping schedules daily and weekly
Track inventory storage and usage using ERP systems
Oversee offsite and multi-warehouse storage and transitions
Manage shipping and returns for events, including demo units, booth materials, and freight scheduling
Manage RMA receipts and deliveries
Desired Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High school diploma or GED required
ERP experience preferred
Minimum 4 years of warehousing experience
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation a plus
Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse machinery preferred
