We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support our brand and marketing initiatives. This role will play a vital part in developing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing collateral (flyers, presentations, digital assets, social media graphics) using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and print.
  • Assist in managing the company’s website and social media platforms with engaging, branded content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and promotional materials.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide reports to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of marketing or design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
