We are expanding our Customs Brokerage Compliance team and seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Compliance Analyst. This role is ideal for Licensed Customs Brokers with CargoWise (CW1) system knowledge, U.S. Customs brokerage compliance experience, Freight Forwarding Industry experience and strong customer-facing skills. Position Overview The Customs Brokerage Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining import compliance for all U.S. operations. Reporting to the Customs Brokerage Compliance Manager, this position ensures reasonable care, tariff classification accuracy, and compliance with U.S. Customs and Participating Government Agencies (PGAs). This role requires strong data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal brokerage teams, clients, and government agencies, and a preference for advanced CargoWise CW1 expertise. Key Responsibilities

Monitor U.S. customs brokerage compliance activities to ensure accuracy of import entry filings and recordkeeping. Generate compliance reports using CargoWise CW1 and the ACE Portal; analyze data in Excel/CSV for audits and internal reviews. Conduct detailed tariff classification reviews for internal teams and external clients. Develop and maintain classification databases for key accounts, ensuring proper PGA codes and SPI application. Ensure employee records in the ACE Portal are accurate and updated per U.S. Customs regulatory requirements. Provide guidance on import compliance policies and support quarterly entry audits. Partner with Brokerage Managers, clients, and internal teams to strengthen compliance processes. Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience with strong compliance and tariff classification knowledge. Licensed Customs Broker Strong background in import compliance, customs regulations, and freight forwarding operations. Excellent data reporting and analysis skills (Excel, CSV, ACE reports). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency with CargoWise (CW1) and ACE Portal. (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills with a compliance-first mindset. Preferred Skills & Qualities

Detail-oriented, reliable, and ethical decision-maker. Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities. Customer-facing experience in freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
