About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in North Austin that is looking for an

Account Coordinator

to join their team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers and internal teams while ensuring smooth order processing and account management.

Job Description: The Account Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for customers, manage incoming requests, and support order and billing processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries by phone and email, providing updates on orders, quotes, invoices, and product information. Enter and update purchase orders, quotes, and account details into internal systems. Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Research and maintain customer account information, including subscriptions and billing details. Assist with returns, replacements, and product modifications while keeping customers informed. Communicate with internal stakeholders on urgent orders, shortages, or changes in production timelines. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a related role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable handling phone-based customer interaction (50% of the day). Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel (basic), and Word. Experience working with ERP or order management systems is a plus. Hardware or product-based industry knowledge is helpful but not required. Additional Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM-5PM Work Environment: Onsite, business casual setting Background check and drug screen required
