Visit the world of Randa Apparel & Accessories HERE Visit the world of Haggar HERE Visit the world of totes Isotoner HERE Overview: In this 10-week specialized program, you will engage in IT security across all Randa offices and associated companies. This program will give you a broad IT knowledge across multiple technology disciplines, the security vulnerabilities associated with each technology area/discipline, and best practices to detect and prevent threats to Randa. The role requires the individual to understand threat detection and prevention systems, response plans, and vulnerability testing on an ongoing basis. The role also requires the individual to work with all IT SMEs to help enhance their products and systems so that IT security threat prevention is a consideration in all aspects of IT operations, development, and support. IT Security Analyst

Intern Duties and Responsibilities Engineer, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information Identify and define system security requirements Design system security architecture and develop detailed security designs Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks Ensure that the company knows as much as possible, as quickly as possible about security incidents Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement Continually stays abreast of security trends, threats, and prevention technologies and practices Project Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change. Qualifications: Cyber Security, IT Security, Networking Security, Technology Management, or Computer Science Major preferred Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program Familiarity with the as much as possible of the following:

ISO 27K, NIST, CIS, ITIL, or similar regulatory and contractual requirements Digital forensics Incident response Security controls gap analysis At least one

programming/scripting

language Threat hunting Enterprise privileged access management (PAM) Vulnerability scanning and remediation management Web filtering Email security Security information and event management (SIEM)

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks) Thrives in collaborative settings and understands the value of cross-functional alignment Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Looking to gain hands-on experience Click HERE to learn more about our internship program!
