Job Description Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Communications Coordinator

to support and enhance our internal and external communications. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent messaging, drafting clear written materials, and coordinating communication campaigns that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong writing skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.

Draft, edit, and proofread internal memos, reports, press releases, and other documents.

Coordinate interdepartmental communication and ensure message consistency.

Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns and events.

Maintain and update internal communication platforms and content.

Monitor feedback and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare communication materials.

Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role.

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic project tracking tools.
