Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Communications Coordinator
to support and streamline our internal and external communications efforts. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who excels in written communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to manage the flow of information across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate and draft internal communications, announcements, and newsletters
Assist in the creation and editing of press releases, reports, and client communications
Maintain consistent brand voice across all messaging platforms
Support leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, and briefing documents
Monitor and manage communication schedules and calendars
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure accuracy
Conduct research to support content development and communication strategies
Track communication metrics and assist in the preparation of performance reports
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications, editorial, or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with project management tools and internal communications software is a plus
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams
