Job Description We are seeking a motivated and outgoing

Brand Representative – Event Marketing

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Property Soar at live events, interacting directly with potential clients and prospects to communicate the value of our services. You’ll play a key part in executing on-site marketing campaigns, promoting our brand, and driving lead generation through in-person engagement. This is a full-time position with career growth opportunities for high-performing individuals who enjoy dynamic environments and client-facing roles. Key Responsibilities Represent Property Soar at real estate marketing events, trade shows, pop-up booths, and community activations

Deliver engaging brand messaging to prospective clients and audiences

Set up, coordinate, and break down event booths and displays

Gather lead information and maintain accurate event reporting

Support the marketing team in organizing logistics and promotional materials

Collaborate with team members to meet outreach goals and campaign milestones

Ensure brand consistency and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in events, promotions, customer-facing roles, or marketing is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people in public settings

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during events

Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
