Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Event Coordinator

to join our team in Austin. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing events that align with our brand values and client expectations. This role will manage logistics, coordinate vendors, and ensure that every event—whether client-focused or promotional—is executed flawlessly and with impact. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute company events including property showcases, open houses, networking mixers, and promotional campaigns

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align events with strategic goals

Develop event timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts

Coordinate with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other third-party services

Handle on-site logistics and troubleshoot issues in real-time

Maintain communication with clients, partners, and attendees to ensure a seamless experience

Track event success and produce post-event reports for internal review and improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications Proven experience in event planning or coordination (1–3 years preferred)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as events require

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
