To thrive as a Part-Time Cashier at Brookhaven Market, you'll need a blend of skills that keep our checkout running smoothly and our customers smiling! Previous cashier or retail experience is definitely a bonus, as it equips you with excellent communication and top-notch customer service skills. You'll need solid basic math abilities to handle cash transactions like a pro. Being able to work in a fast-paced environment is essential, so bring your reliable and punctual attitude along! Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled shift and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
