Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their client's team in Stockton, California. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Greet customers in a courteous manner on every call and office atmosphere. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Dispatch customer calls with accurate information given by customer. Requires clear and professional communication in writing, in person, and on the telephone. Create positive customer relationships by managing and resolving customer complaints. Ability to multi-task projects and job duties through prioritization and organization. Keeping accurate and detailed records of all interactions for tracking and follow-up. Understanding when to pass a customer's issue to a supervisor for a solution. Become knowledgeable about the company's products, services, and policies to answer customer inquiries effectively. Process customer requests and inquiries to include account maintenance, billing questions, and payment handling, establishing an initial point of contact. Print dispatches to appropriate offices. Perform clerical duties as required by photocopying, scanning, fax, emailing, or mailing. Learn all functions and duties of the front counter Customer Service Representative to fill in as a backup upon request or as needed. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with supervisors, peers, and customers. Proficiency in 10-key, typing, and data entry. Time management skills, dependable, accurate, and detail-oriented. Problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, to work independently and as a team. Pay Range:
$18 - $19 per hour
