Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing calls, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Greet customers in a courteous manner on every call and maintain a professional office atmosphere. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Dispatch customer calls with accurate information provided by the customer. Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, in person, and on the telephone. Create positive customer relationships by managing and resolving customer complaints. Multi-task projects and job duties through prioritization and organization. Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions for tracking and follow-up. Understand when to pass a customer's issue to a supervisor for resolution. Become knowledgeable about the company's products, services, and policies to answer customer inquiries effectively. Process customer requests and inquiries, including account maintenance, billing questions, and payment handling, establishing an initial point of contact. Print dispatches to appropriate offices. Perform clerical duties as required, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, emailing, or mailing. Learn all functions and duties of the front counter Customer Service Representative to fill in as a backup upon request or as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with supervisors, peers, and customers. Proficiency in 10-key, typing, and data entry. Time management skills, dependable, accurate, and detail-oriented. Problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday Benefits

Competitive pay range from $18 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional Details
