ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Handle all guest requests in a professional and courteous manner. Complete knowledge of the banquet menu Adequate wine and beer knowledge to field questions during service Able to work with other servers to execute proper sweep sequence. Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the banquet event room. Works with line staff and kitchen to deliver an exceptional dining experience Know sequence of service and follow the sequence of service Perform any side work task deemed appropriate by the Captains or Managers Maintain and follow high safety standards and personal conduct. Follow Company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook, to include knowing and following the meal and the rest breaks policies.
