Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness.
Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS , for efficient order processing.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and handling transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Assist with food handling and storage in compliance with food safety regulations.
Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
Support team members by bussing tables and ensuring a clean dining environment.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
Experience using POS systems; familiarity with Aloha is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
This position is for an earlier shift, starting 5:30am-9am and ending 1:30pm-5pm.
