We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead and manage moderately complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations, scheduling, safety & quality
- Manage subcontractors, project site, and work plans
- Lead project meetings and ensure accurate project documentation
- Monitor budgets, productivity, and project timelines
- Collaborate with project management on change orders and deliverables
- Support business development and client relationship building
- Mentor field teams and support D&I culture
Qualifications:
✅ 8+ years of commercial construction experience
✅ 5+ years in field supervision
✅ Experience managing $50M+ projects
✅ Strong leadership, scheduling & risk management skills
✅ High school diploma required (Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred)
Note: Role would be based in KC or a Midwest office location - Kansas City, Omaha, Iowa City, Des Moines, Minneapolis, but will travel full-time for extended periods (can be years at a time) to any Midwest job needs across the US.
