Superintendent
to lead mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects—specifically in
animal pharmaceutical facilities
valued at $50M+. You'll oversee field operations, safety, scheduling, and quality from groundbreak to closeout. Key Responsibilities: Lead field teams on moderately complex projects Ensure safety, quality, schedule & budget goals are met Manage subcontractors, site logistics & daily workflows Collaborate closely with PMs and internal support teams Support preconstruction, change orders & project closeout Build lasting relationships with clients & stakeholders What We're Looking For: ? 8+ years of commercial construction experience ? 5+ years in field supervision ? Experience in animal pharma or technical facilities ? Proven track record on $50M+ projects ? Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills ? High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred
