Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure construction to lead the successful delivery of a wastewater treatment plant project . This individual will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate work related to underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain) , mass excavation , mechanical piping , and pressure pipe installations .
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead subcontractor management, contract administration, and procurement of materials/equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, superintendents, and field teams to drive efficiency and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , Construction Management , or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 7+ years of project management experience in civil infrastructure and utility construction ; wastewater treatment plant experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing underground utilities, mechanical/pressure piping, and mass excavation projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (P6, MS Project, or similar) a plus.
  • OSHA safety training or related certifications preferred.
