Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in
civil infrastructure construction
to lead the successful delivery of a
wastewater treatment plant project . This individual will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of wastewater treatment plant construction projects. Oversee and coordinate work related to
underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain) ,
mass excavation ,
mechanical piping , and
pressure pipe installations . Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead subcontractor management, contract administration, and procurement of materials/equipment. Collaborate closely with engineers, superintendents, and field teams to drive efficiency and problem-solving. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , Construction Management , or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum
7+ years of project management experience
in
civil infrastructure and utility construction ; wastewater treatment plant experience strongly preferred. Proven track record managing
underground utilities, mechanical/pressure piping, and mass excavation
projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (P6, MS Project, or similar) a plus. OSHA safety training or related certifications preferred.
