Overview

This role will support the accuracy of the company\'s financial reporting by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while maintaining reliable accounting records.

Key responsibilities

• Perform journal entries/reconciliations, support the month-end close, and prepare schedules for reporting.
• Process payroll, including local and out-of-state employment and business compliance requirements, including registrations, filings, and renewals.
• Prepare, file, and reconcile Sales and Use Tax returns across multiple states.
• Assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with two or more years of accounting experience.
