Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) Salary Range:

$165,000–$170,000 We’re seeking a seasoned HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise HR systems, including Oracle HCM. This role will oversee system governance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll and Finance, while managing a small team of analysts. Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation and ongoing management of Oracle HCM and other major HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.) Supervise 1–2 HRIS analysts and centralize data entry processes Ensure data security, system integrations, and reporting accuracy Develop SOPs, training materials, and drive system adoption across departments Partner with IT and business leaders to enhance automation and analytics Manage vendor relationships and support budgeting for HR technology investments Qualifications: 7+ years of HRIS experience, including recent team leadership Proven success implementing Oracle, Workday, or SAP Strong background in data security, integrations, and business intelligence Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Certifications such as HRIP, PMP, or Oracle HCM Cloud are a plus
