We're looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategic development and optimization of our HR systems, primarily UKG Pro (UltiPro) and Workday. This direct-hire, on-site role in Mt. Laurel, NJ, requires deep technical expertise in both platforms and a strong understanding of HR processes. You'll be crucial in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and the successful integration of HR technology with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- System Ownership: Serve as the primary expert for UKG Pro and Workday (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Talent). Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization, including system upgrades and new feature implementations.
- Data & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and security of HR data. Develop and generate vital reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business leaders. Conduct regular data audits.
- Integration & Support: Manage integrations between UKG Pro, Workday, and third-party systems. Provide expert support and troubleshooting for HRIS issues.
- Project Leadership: Lead HRIS projects from start to finish, collaborating with HR and IT to identify needs and implement solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Manage user access and security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS management experience, with significant hands-on expertise in both UKG Pro (UltiPro) and Workday.
- Proven ability to configure, implement, and optimize modules within both platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system integrations.
- Advanced reporting and analytics skills.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HRIS certifications (UKG Pro, Workday).
