Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Services Coordinator:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for HR inquiries, offering Tier 1 support through Workday Help, phone, and email. • Resolve routine HR questions related to pay, benefits, policies, and onboarding, while maintaining accurate case documentation. • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or COE partners as necessary, ensuring compliance with HR processes and regulations. • Support compliance tasks, including I-9 verification, background checks, and labor law poster updates. • Contribute to the development of Tier 0 content to enhance employee self-service capabilities. Required Skills for HR Services Coordinator:
• High School Diploma/GED with at least 1 year of related experience. • Proficiency in using Workday or similar HR ticketing tools. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with moderate complexity. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with others. • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
