About the Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Los Angeles office. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to complex state and federal cases involving product liability, consumer fraud, and commercial disputes.
What You'll Do
Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case management to trial preparation
Draft pleadings, notices, motions, and deposition materials
Manage discovery processes, including document review and productions
Monitor deadlines and electronically file documents through ECF under attorney supervision
Prepare deposition notices, organize exhibits, and create deposition summaries
Conduct PACER and Westlaw research to support case strategy
Communicate with courts, outside counsel, experts, and clients
Travel and provide on-the-ground trial support when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
2- or 4-year degree and a paralegal certificate (or equivalent work experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice
Skilled in research tools, including Westlaw and online databases
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software
Flexible to work overtime or travel as needed
Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented
