About the Role
We're looking for a fully licensed therapist to join our team, someone with a passion for counseling and a desire to make a meaningful difference. We value flexibility and understand the need for work-life balance, which is why we allow you to dictate your own caseload and schedule. We're hiring for a hybrid role where you can see clients in our Houston Galleria office and remotely. We can accommodate various availabilities, whether you prefer daytime, evening, or weekend hours.
We seek professionals who are committed to growth and who bring a collaborative spirit to our supportive environment. We are looking for a therapist who can commit to a minimum of 10-20+ clinical hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Therapy and Counseling:
Conduct individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs. Assessment and Diagnosis:
Perform comprehensive assessments and create effective, client-centered treatment plans. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaboration:
Work with other professionals and community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive care. Continuing Education:
Stay current with best practices in the field and pursue ongoing training to enhance your clinical skills. What We're Looking For We are seeking a therapist who is fully licensed in the state of Texas and has experience working with diverse client populations and presenting issues. Passion for Accessibility and Multi-cultural Care:
A genuine interest in making counseling accessible to individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their resources. Cultural competency and sensitivity are essential. Specialized Training:
Experience or certifications in a specific niche (e.g., trauma, play therapy, EFT, Gottman) are a plus. Client-Centered Approach:
Expertise in providing evidence-based counseling to children, teens, couples, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective therapy, documentation, and collaboration. Ethical Integrity:

Our knowledgeable and engaging support staff handles all the business aspects, from marketing and scheduling to billing, so you can concentrate on your clients. We'll even help you with an individualized marketing plan to build your caseload. Benefits:
Access to dental, vision, and various additional coverages. Access to medical coming in 2026! We know the difficulties in building a caseload from the ground up. To assist with this, we have a plan that is outlined to give you averaging close to 10 consistent appointments a week by your 2nd month of employment.
