What You'll Do
As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll:
Deliver developmentally appropriate care for diverse populations, including individuals with physical disabilities, chronic illness, or behavioral health challenges.
Provide advocacy and education for patients, families, and the community.
Conduct psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling.
Identify and manage cases involving abuse, neglect, trafficking, grief, substance use, and psychiatric needs.
Coordinate care and transitions across interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
Connect clients with housing, food, transportation, and other social resources.
Support organizational performance goals through evidence-based practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
Education:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in counseling or social sciences. Licensure or eligibility for AAC, LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA, LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is preferred. Experience:
2+ years of supervised treatment experience with individuals experiencing mental illness or developmental disabilities. Candidates working toward Mental Health Professional (MHP) status are welcome. Licenses:
Valid Washington State driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay:
$30–$50/hour
(based on experience). Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus. Graduation bonus:
