Location : Remote Key Responsibilities: Support production .NET API applications and integration layers for high availability Troubleshoot complex API, performance, and data exchange issues across healthcare systems Monitor systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, and manage incidents via ServiceNow Collaborate with development teams for deployments and post-launch support Support healthcare interoperability workflows (FHIR, HL7, CCD/C-CDA) Perform advanced SQL Server analysis and optimization Automate operational tasks and participate in on-call rotation Ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance in support operations Required Skills: 5+ years .NET API/enterprise application support experience Hands-on: C#, .NET Core/MVC, Web API, Windows services, Azure basics Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) SRE practices in production environments Strong SQL Server skills (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) Proficiency in Splunk/Dynatrace and ServiceNow Healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR R4/5, HL7, C-CDA, X12) Knowledge of secure protocols (HTTPS, mTLS), OAuth 2.0, API management CI/CD and production deployment understanding Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred: Cloud experience (Azure, AKS, DataBricks, Snowflake) EHR systems familiarity (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) Healthcare data privacy/security expertise
