About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Senior .NET Developer
to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, preferably with a background in
healthcare technology . The ideal candidate is proficient in the Microsoft technology stack and understands healthcare compliance, data security, and interoperability standards. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure .NET applications (web, API, and backend services).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and data services, including interoperability with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR).
Ensure solutions comply with
HIPAA ,
HITECH , and industry best practices for security and privacy.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
Contribute to architecture discussions and lead technical implementations.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on
.NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API .
Experience working with
SQL Server
and other relational databases; knowledge of Entity Framework or Dapper.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and RESTful API development.
Hands-on experience with
healthcare IT systems
such as
EHRs, HL7, FHIR , or
claims processing platforms .
Working knowledge of
HIPAA
and security protocols related to PHI data.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React is a plus.
Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like
Azure
or
AWS .
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications in Microsoft technologies or Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
Prior experience in the
payer or provider
side of healthcare or with healthcare SaaS products.
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and secure authentication (OAuth2, SAML).
