? Position Overview:
We are seeking an IT Platform Specialist to support the implementation and troubleshooting of a new ERP system. This role covers a broad range of infrastructure tasks, including supporting POS and ERP systems, designing internal system foundations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across both restaurants and headquarters. Its a key role requiring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to maintain efficient business operations.

? What will you do:
Provide front-line technical support for POS, ERP, and infrastructure issues
Collaborate with IT vendors and teams to resolve hardware/system issues
Assist with the operation and maintenance of core IT systems
Maintain and create documentation for configurations and procedures
Identify opportunities for system optimization and improved efficiency

? Required Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, OS)
Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast) and ERP systems (e.g., Restaurant365)
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support skills
