︎ Position Overview:
We are seeking an IT Platform Specialist to support the implementation and troubleshooting of a new ERP system. This role covers a broad range of infrastructure tasks, including supporting POS and ERP systems, designing internal system foundations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across both restaurants and headquarters. It’s a key role requiring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to maintain efficient business operations.

︎ What will you do:
• Provide front-line technical support for POS, ERP, and infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with IT vendors and teams to resolve hardware/system issues
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of core IT systems
• Maintain and create documentation for configurations and procedures
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and improved efficiency

︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, OS)
• Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast) and ERP systems (e.g., Restaurant365)
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support skills

3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management (including servers, networks, and operating systems)*

Experience in operating POS systems (e.g., Toast) and ERP systems (e.g., Restaurant365)*

Experience providing end-user support and handling IT system and infrastructure failures*
