About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a high-performing team of recruiters and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition at WHS North America. Reporting directly to the VP of People & Talent, this role owns recruiting for Field Leadership (General Managers, Regional Managers, multi-unit leaders) and Support Store Center (SSC/Corporate) functions while also driving overall talent strategy and advancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The Talent Acquisition Manager is both a hands-on recruiter and a strategic leader—responsible for coaching a team of four recruiters (with potential to expand), partnering with executives, and positioning WHSNA as an employer of choice in travel retail. This role is based in Las Vegas, NV and requires being in-office Monday through Friday (5 days per week). Candidates must reside in Las Vegas or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of four recruiters, fostering accountability, urgency, and high performance. Establish clear KPIs and deliver consistent reporting on progress. Advocate for additional recruiting capacity as business needs expand.

Field Leadership Recruiting Drive full-cycle recruitment for General Managers, Regional Managers, and other key leadership roles across multi-site retail. Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse leadership talent.

SSC/Corporate Recruiting Oversee recruitment for SSC functions including Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, HR, and more. Partner with senior leaders to anticipate hiring needs and deliver top talent to support growth.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & EVP Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning. Lead development and communication of WHSNA’s EVP to attract and retain top talent. Oversee employer branding, recruitment marketing, and social media engagement strategies.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to hire. Provide hiring manager training and guidance to ensure structured, inclusive, and bias-free selection.

Process & Reporting Optimize recruiting processes leveraging Monster ATS. Expand reach and pipelines using Indeed and LinkedIn. Regularly report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire, and DEI progress.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 6+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including 2+ years managing recruiters or leading TA teams. Demonstrated success in multi-site retail, hospitality, or travel industries. Must be based in Las Vegas, NV (or willing to relocate) and able to work onsite Monday through Friday. Proficiency with Monster ATS required.

Required Skills Proven success leading recruiting teams and scaling TA functions. Expertise in field leadership recruiting and corporate/SSC searches. Strong knowledge of Monster ATS (required); familiarity with Indeed and LinkedIn sourcing strongly preferred. Balance of hands-on recruiting execution and long-term strategic planning. Strong executive presence and ability to partner with senior leaders. Data-driven, with the ability to translate recruiting analytics into actionable insights. Preferred Skills Experience in travel retail or related industries. Advanced degree in a relevant field.
