About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Warehouse Operator III
to join our Hauppauge, NY facility. In this role, you will be responsible for
receiving, inspecting, storing, dispensing, and shipping materials
while ensuring compliance with
cGMP, FDA regulations, and safety standards
. The ideal candidate has prior
pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or FDA-regulated warehouse experience
, strong documentation skills, and the ability to operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT).
Key Responsibilities Inspect inbound and outbound shipments; verify BOLs, POs, and packing lists. Escort drivers and enforce gowning/safety procedures. Receive, unload, and move materials to designated areas. Dispense raw and packaging materials per QA/GMP requirements. Pick, stage, and deliver materials for production as per pick lists and schedules. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Operate forklifts, PITs, and company trucks for material transfers. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with cGMP and GDP standards. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Perform daily equipment inspections and report discrepancies.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required
. 2–5 years of warehouse experience
, preferably in
pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated industries
. Forklift/PIT certification or ability to obtain. Strong knowledge of
cGMP, GDP, and safety practices
. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS systems preferred). Ability to lift
35–50 lbs
and stand for long periods. Strong math, counting, and documentation skills.
