to manage front desk operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior

healthcare or medical office experience

who is comfortable serving as the first point of contact for patients in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere

Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries

Schedule consultations and manage bookings in the system

Follow up on appointment inquiries and reschedule as needed

Support general administrative and front desk duties as assigned

What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a

medical or healthcare front office

is strongly preferred

Professional communication skills and a polished, friendly demeanor

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information
