We have a great opportunity for a

Project Scheduler

who can support a large CAPEX Project and smaller projects within a program utilizing Primavera P6. This is for projects in

Healthcare and Life Sciences

, including hospitals, medical clinics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical devices. The scopes will include civil, structural, mechanical, process piping, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, automation systems, commissioning & validation, regulatory, and operational readiness. On-site Position: Palo Alto, CA with some hybrid potential.

Responsibilities: Develop quality schedule baselines. Versatile people skills, from the field foreman to the vice president. Manage schedule and perform updates. Perform what-if schedule scenarios, advanced schedule analysis, and variance analysis reports. Manage schedule changes and analyze change impact. Summarize schedule status in a narrative and create status reports and presentations for management. Perform resource planning and optimization. Facilitate project and schedule meetings. Facilitate pull planning sessions. Produce meaningful schedule reports and analysis. Ensure schedules are developed in compliance with corporate and department requirements and contractual requirements. Develops schedule related processes and procedures. Qualifications: Strong communication and presentation capabilities: written and verbal. Demonstrate a team spirit and strong dedication to the success of the team. Construction experience required Knowledge in the construction of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems. Experience with field planning and progressing. Expert knowledge and experience in Primavera P6. Experience in hospital or life sciences. Education and Training: 10+ years Primavera P6 Scheduling Experience. 10+ years Large Construction Project Experience. 8+ years Healthcare or Life Sciences Experience (biotech, pharmaceutical, medical devices). Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Any certification from PMI or AACE is beneficial.
