Position Summary We're seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead a high-impact wastewater treatment plant reconstruction project in
the Quad Cities
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, particularly in water/wastewater infrastructure, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-year projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout Oversee subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field teams Review plans, specifications, and contract documents Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and standards Administer change orders, pay applications, and cost controls Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling (preferred)
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy civil or wastewater infrastructure project management Strong understanding of construction means and methods Proficiency in project management software; Primavera P6 experience is a plus Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage large budgets and multi-year schedules Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site
