with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction? Join a high-performing team where you’ll lead exciting projects from start to finish and play a key role in delivering results that matter.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and internal staff Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle Utilize construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in commercial construction Proven success with ground-up, tenant improvement, and buildout projects Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with historical renovations is a strong plus Must be local to the Chicago area or within reasonable commuting distance
