Position Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Travel NICU RN for a Level-2 nursery in Concord, MA. The RN provides comprehensive care to neonates during high-risk deliveries and in the NICU, floating to Postpartum and Mother/Baby units as needed. Care is delivered using the nursing process, in accordance with hospital standards, regulatory guidelines, and professional best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neonates and families.

• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide immediate newborn care.

• Supervise and delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope.

• Participate in unit/hospital quality improvement projects.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

• Provide education to patients and families as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care, assessments, and interventions.

• Support staff development through mentoring and preceptorship.

• Provide coverage for Mother/Baby unit and Labor & Delivery as needed.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts RN License – Required

• BLS Healthcare Provider – Required

• NRP Certification – Required

• Previous NICU or special care newborn experience – Preferred

• Experience attending deliveries – Required
