Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Call required per unit needs (1 in 3 weeks, flexible if needed)

Unit Details:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse provides care to NICU patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Responsibilities include:

• Anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care

• Demonstrating critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership

• Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education

• Delegating and supervising patient care based on staff experience and education

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years NICU experience

• BLS & NRP required

• Strong neonatal critical care skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Shift Type: 12hr Days
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
